I am not aware of any, but maybe you could find an SKP set for another kit that are close enough in diameter to work.

If you search google for 'shimmering silver dots' you'll find sheets of round 'lenses' of various sizes for very cheap. I bought 2 packs about 4 years ago and am still only halfway through. They look great and can be painted with clear paints for indicators or rear lights.

Unfortunately, those seem to be OOP and no longer available. From what I can find on the web, when modelers discovered those a few years ago they went locust on the LHS and craft stores and now there just don't seem to be any more to be found.

I swear by little-lenses: tiny clear resin lenses, backed with silver, and even available in a variety of colours. Available from little-cars in the UK and, because they come in tiny packs stuck to card, they should be cheap to post.

I've looked at those and they look like a great product; however, they only come in one size per pack. The nice thing about the sticko dots is they had such an enormous number and in a variety of sizes in one pack (and cost next to nothing) so they were perfect to keep on hand for when you need a random headlight lens.
