I found these in a box in the loft - no idea where they're from! They're either board game pieces, or actual soldiers for dioramas. The scale is 1:64 or maybe smaller. I have about 80 of them, blues are German, whites are GI's and not sure about the browns. The blue and white seem more detailed than the browns. They all have bases for standing. Dating to between the late 60s/70s/early 80s

Confirming MJWard, the top row are 1/72 Airfix Commmandos:

Bravo1102 is correct that the 3 blue grey soldiers are 1/72 Airfix WW2 Infantry:
http://www.plasticsoldierreview.com/Review.aspx?id=26
MJWard is also correct that the three yellow figures are 1/72 Airfix RAF Personnel:

I also can't say enough good things about the Plastic Soldier Review website as a resource.

Wow, thank you! Your knowledge impresses me! I think I'll add them to the for-sale forum as I have no need for them! Will be taking offers!

They kind of remind me of those little "army men" we used to play with when I was young. At first I even thought that was what they were.

Some of us still play games with those little "army men",
including Memoir '44:

and The Great War

By he way, the Mk IV Male, MK IV Female and A7V tanks in The Great War game are pre-painted. There are also pre-painted Whippets available for this game.
