Hi All,
Barely a month to go, so here are a few heads ups to keep you all up to speed with our Nationals event on Sunday 19th June 2016.
Check details on www.mafva.net/nationals.
The new location is the Burgess Hall in St Ives, Cambs, PE27 6WU.
Easy to find St Ives just off the A14, and close to the A1(M).
Set up will be from 08.00hrs on the Sunday only.
Doors will open to the public at 10.00am.
Car parking is free, and no need for vehicle passes.
It is free entry for paid up MAFVA members, and they will be able to re-sub on the door.
For non-members it will be £1.00 entry fee for adults over 16, accompanied children free.
The bar in the hall will be serving refreshments , as well as the cafe next door in the sports hall serving meals.
There is a MAFVA 'Social' in St Ives on the Saturday evening. It needs to be pre-booked via me.
Any questions get back to me.
Take care, and have a good week,
Paul Middleton

Hi Paul,
On behalf of the Essex Branch, please let me thank you and the rest of the team for a great show! The Cambridge club and the MAFVA stalwarts really pulled out all the stops to put on a wonderful event.
The dreaded traffic snarl did not materialise in the morning - which was a real bonus. (But the usual Sunday evening migration gummed up the south-bound M11 on the way home towards the M25...)
Looking forward to 2017!
Tom

Yes, had a super day - the new venue made all the difference. I came up from Bournemouth for the weekend and my nephew came over from Coventry and we both agreed it was the best yet.
Thanks to all the organisers!
Alan
