I am making the Hobbyboss Vickers mki and would like a crew figure, can any suggest a suitable figure please?

The Bronco Bofors crew with new beret clad heads make a great BEF or pre war crew with respirators. If you want the early Tank helmet then the Masterbox 8th army tank crew has one.
