Are these large rubber bladders I am seeing on the abrams tanks going into bahgdad for water or fuel?

Fuel, you place it lengthwise in front of one of the tracks and as the tank rolls forward, it squeezes the fuel bladder like a tube of toothpaste. A hose attaches to the far end so the fuel gets dispensed into the tank's fuel cell as the tank slowly rolls forward. Sort of a self refueling system.
