The 15% discount pushed me over the edge to finally order Half-tracks, vol 2. Thanks, Pat.

I hope that you enjoy the book. Just curious, what do you think that Pat and I should do next in this series?
Best wishes,
David Doyle

The book arrived yesterday, so I have only had a chance to flip through, but I'm impressed already. Certainly should be of interest both to modelers and those of a historical bent (I am a homer for the USMC, so already impressed with the coverage of the M3 GMC in USMC service).
As for a next project, I would dearly love to see the LVT series get the Half-track/CCKW/DUKW Doyle treatment. Even a single volume covering from the earliest prototypes through the current LVTP-7 (I guess AAV-7 is the current preferred nomenclature) would be infinitely more than is currently available. A volume devoted only to those that saw action in WWII would just be too much to hope for. I'm guessing that this wouldn't make commercial sense, but there are just so many variants of this important vehicle (and, again, USMC is my chief interest).
Best of luck on whatever topic you decide on. You can rest assured that I'll purchase the volume.

As I indicated at the AMPS show, British cold war vehicles.
