Iam wondering how big should a sandbag really be, in 1/35 that is. Tamiya and Italerit both make different sizes, but for making them with clay what size should I go with? To maybee make this easier should the sandbag go up the the soldiers Knee, Waist? should it be as wide as both legs? and what about the depth of the bag? These are going to be Vietnam era sandbags if that makes any difference, and does it matter what color they are, green or tan? i know they get really dirty but what is the original color?
thanks,
Mike

You can use either color, the tan ones were made of burlap which had a tendency to rot away very quickly due to the wet conditions. The green ones were made of a nylon material and would be the prevelant ones later in the war.
