It seems this is a great set from Paracel. I reviewed some of the company's earlier offerings and I must say I was impressed with the figures as well.

These look to be a great set. It almost tempts me to veer away from my usual WW2 to try a vietnam dio but not quite enough lol. They'd be ideal walking into an ambush site or wandering down the Ho Chi Minh trail at night. Really nice looking set, full of possibilities.
