Looks to be the same trucks :

These improvised rocket launchers based on Ford F-350 Super Duty pickup trucks are used by the Iraqi Federal Police (FP), sometimes called the National Police.
Maybe you could use Meng's kit as a starting point for a scratchbuilding project ?

Seems to me they lost the memo on camo.
Colors are supposed to blend into your environment, not make you stick out like a sore thumb

Their camo is perfect as long as they don't move away from their trucks.the trucks were very well camouflaged in the base but looks like no-one thought whether it would work outside.
BTW are they F450's?

You mean the camo allows the crew to blend in with their vehicles? That's hardly the purpose of camo... Then again, from what I can gather from youtube-videos, fighting in that conflict does not have much to do with stealth.

In Iraq, and most of the Middle East, camo is more of a cool factor and how good it looks than actually to hide or blend in with anything. Each service tries to out-do the other in whose uniform or vehicles look more cool.
