I would like to start a new project for Tiger I early version, In terms of models quality and precision, which brand offers the best deal? Thx!

Tamiya's are a joy to build but somewhat simplified. Rye Field are better, still have a few things to fix. Dragon's are the most accurate but not the easiest to build. Check whether you want to replace the tracks and factor in that cost.
"early Tiger" is now too broad a term, so you might want to narrow it down.
There are still some kinds of Early Tiger that nobody provides in kit form.
