Hello, I am new to building models and have started with armour. This is my first attempt at a desert version of Tamiyas 1/35th scale Panzerkampfwagen III Ausf.L Sd.Kfz.141/1, 10th Panzer Division, Tunisia, February 1943. It is an out of the box build with weathering from the various Suppliers including MIG, Vallejo and AK Interactive. I gave the model a coat of Vallejo German Grey this tried the hairspray technique for chipping. A coat of Vallejo Tan Yellow was then applied over the hairspray... I got stuck into the chipping and once finished gave the model a filter wash of brown from MIG. Overall I am pretty happy with the outcome. Thanks for looking Cheers, Marc
