Before the M901 ITV, there was just an M113 with a pedestal mount for the TOW missile launcher.
I know there is a conversion set from Hobbyfan that you'd have to search around for to do it.
However, scratch building to me is a more cost effective alternative. If there were good photos around.
Its a simple conversion for a simple kit, just need the photos.

Hey Kody,
I actually built the M113A1 TOW CAP. I did use the Hobby Fan conversion, but here is a link to the Boresight article I did. It may provide you with some useful information for your scratch build. The interior pictures will give you a good idea of the interior layout.

We had the first batch of the M113s with the pop-up TOW mount. This was before the ballistic blanket kit or guardrails. From the outside it looked exactly like what it was, a simple expedient method to get a TOW launcher into an off-road platform, other than the suicide-mission M825 TOW jeep or the 106mm RR jeep which the 825 replaced. I crewed all three, what were we thinking???
