Looking very good.
I would make the dirt area in front of the barn a little less geometric (square). That will give it a more real life random feeling.

Bus,
it is looking better and better...
Just, AFAIK, the waffenfarbe for tankers was pink. In your foto's the piping looks white (which would mean infantry).
The second remark is that, AFAIK, panzer-crews were not issued feldgrau clothing. Feldgrau panzer-uniforms were worn by selfpropelled gun crews (as for StuG's, Pz.J. and such).
I certainly do like the paintjob you did on them (IMHO they look good).
Cheers, and keep up the good work !!

Her´s a pic of the barn interior- it´ll serve both as a workhop(But I think I won´t put any workers in it) and a first aid station

Hi Bus. I love the dio so far. As Dutchbird has already mentioned .. the grey panzer uniforms dont suit. Another thing I see as strange ... is the wooden flooring in the barn. I have never seen a barn with wooden floors. Depending on what it was built for ... it could have a solid concrete floor or paved, but normally an open-front barn like this would have no floor. When wood was used, it was to lift up the floor to keep whatever was being stored dry and away from from damp ground. Actually an open front barn would hardly have an expensive slate roof either, to be really nit-picky!! (sorry). Because of the picture clarity ... I can see a spouting coming down from the roof but dont see any guttering along the bottom of the roof. Is there one there?
When I look at the barn Im very impressed. I see an excellent barn that looks the part. My points are nit-picking, but only to bring to your attention, for realism. Whether to use slates or not, they look great. What have you used for them and what colour did you use?
Overall, i think this will be a very impressive dio and with the addition of all the figures will be someting to look forward to.

It looks great, but I feel the same way as Slodder does on the ground formation, like it needs a more grass to keep from having the geometric look to have some areas going out a little further to mix it up a little and like a path where people have been walking from the barn to the road and a few patches in front cause grass springs up real fast in real life.
Just my opinion.

Lots of tall grass along the edge of the barn would give it the "weedy" look. Scattered patches of taller grass will give it a less manicured look

I won't go over the suggestions that have been stated already. But I will say that this is a very nice Dio. It is a very busy scene without being too cluttered. You have given me a lot of different things to see. I think with some of the suggestions implemented like the taller weeds etc this will be a contender. Thank you for sharing
