We now have several good m60a2 to choose from; however, there are no crews. the a2 was around when the army issued the OG107 permanent press uniform AKA: pickle suit. I was in the second to last group of recruits to get issued the og107's and that was in oct, 81. you don't see any us tank crews in OG107 PP.
just my 2 cents worth

Yes, the Valkyrie Modern US Tank Crew (1970s Europe) would be perfect for an M60A2.

But, those helmets were phased out as we got the A2's in '76. We got the better fiberglass shell, with the individual ear phone flaps, much better at sound suppression

The Valkyrie set comes with two sets of heads. See the three heads with the CVC helmets in the image?

Shame they're so pricey though! I'd be more willing to drop 20-25 bucks for four dudes, but 2.5 for 30 is too rich for my blood.

I have seen photos of crews in AG green uniforms with the shirt tails out if their pants that could be approximated with figures in BDUS with the bottom pockets removed.
World War II US figures in shirt sleeves also work with new heads wearing the right helmets.
Some tank units required crews to wear coveralls when on the tank and the coveralls were identical to World War II issue except for the material and color.
I've thought about lot about this and have done conversions to crew several kits from the AG green era (circa 1952 to 1980)
The actual cut of the uniforms have remained similar enough to make little difference in 1/35. Except for the color and fabric. A guy in a field jacket from 1954 can't be told from one in 1990 if you can't tell the color or see the boots. Zippers, buttons and snaps can't be seen in 1/35.
