I am pondering making a diorama about German 512th Hvy battalion surrendered to US army in 45',(in fact it appeared "band of Brothers)
for starter,I will uses dragon 5 figrues US army "at the ramagen" for the german its'a problematic,finding the right figure,right camo for 1945,any recommendation?

The 512 was a regular army unit and all the film I saw they were not wearing any cammo clothing. Mostly regular field gray uniforms with a few black panzer uniforms and some overalls as well.

Facebook has a site called " schwere panzerjaegerabteilung 512".
None of the photos show camo uniforms. The main part of the crews wear black, some of them feldgrau or late war green.
