I need some pictures of the interior of the M1114. I've been doing some searching but not coming up with much of what I need, which is focusing on mainly comms locations.

Yes I've seen them. I was specifically thinking more of the intercoms.

H.P. those are nice, however, it raises couple off questions for me. I see in your photos that some interior are painted green and some are sand. Can that be because the new M1114, 1151 and so on were painted sand at the production line while the old humvees that were in service received upgrades to match the production standard were left green?

What do you think? Yes, no, maybe so??

Mike, I have seen pictures posted of a brand new M1151 that is green on the inside and woodland outside. I do think that new build vehicles are probably painted due to where they are expected to go.

Eric

Intercoms are put wherever the crew feels like. They are installed by the crew, not the manufacturer

Caleb, your wrong and your right about units installing the "comms" how ever or where ever they want.
I was the the "COMMS" SGT(25U) for my last unit and was also an Electronics Mechanic WG-11-2604 Technician for the Texas Army National Guard. One of my jobs was to install all the radios and associated equipment in the units vehicles whether new vehicles coming from the manufacturer or older vehicles getting new or changed radio system. There is a standard for installing all radio systems along with installation work order/manual for each vehicle.

As you can see from these pictures I took and are on Prime Portal, this M1151 came to us with the radio rack and power cable already installed. Boxes came with the vehicle that had the radio stuff in it and according the the MTOE and how the vehicle is designated with in the unit is what is going to come in those boxes and installed.
