Legend Productions is back in the figure business. The first 3D sculpted figure just appeared in Legend catalogue, as a 1/35 scale resin miniature.

That's the one designed by Shapeway's. I like the attitude of this figure.

It wasn't designed by Shapeways. It was designed by Peter Samofalov, mentioned in the article, who runs the shop Samofptr on Shapeways. But Shapeways doesn't do any designing.

As Michael wrote above, Shapeways do not design ANYTHING. They are just 3D printing service provider and a platform for actual designers to sell 3D printouts of their designs online.

Hisham, you're right about Legend's pricing, this little beauty is less then $13 US at Hobbyeasy.com. I can barely contain myself at that price.

Just got this figure in the post this morning. Surprisingly I can't find a single build log on it anywhere on this world wide webby thingy. So i'll start one next week!
