I'm having a drybrushing dilemma. First of all, I have never drybrushed, so I was wondering: Can you drybrush with acrylics over acrylics without messing up the paint scheme? If not, how do I do it with enamels? Thanks for your time.

I also use acrylics for drybushing. My only suggestion would be to ensure that the underlying scheme be completelly dry before trying to drybrush over it. Probably sounds like a silly suggestion but never mind. #:-)
If you want to be ultra careful in terms of protecting the underlying scemes you could airbrush or even brush on some future floor polish....this protects it really well but will make the scheme shiny which you can combat by drybrushing anyway.
