Could someone please tell me the Acryl. colors for Japanese tanks in WWII. I have heard that the IJA colors are only for the aircraft. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

First, welcome aboard Strongpoppa. Glad you found us.

As a bit of info: IJA is the Imperial Japanese Army, IJNAF is the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Force, and IJAAF is the Imperial Japanese Army Air Force.
Armed with the above, any color that is of or mentions the IJA, would be for the Army's vehicles, ie. tanks, jeeps, trucks, etc. (there are some noted exceptions with aircraft in this mix - though very rare)

And lastly, I do not know for sure, so I do not want to mislead you. I do know that PvtParts will be along here shortly to answer what acrylic colors for you.

In Gunze Sangyo colors they are middle stone# 71, IJA green # 60 and 90% Mahogany # 84 mixed with 10% Blue #328 All this according to Fine Molds. I've used it and it looks spot on.

Thanks both of you! I have just got some Japanese stuff after years of mostly German painting and I obviously need some new paint!
