They posted this link on their FB page and said people can search for parts on this site... If anyone needs parts, try it out and let us know how it goes.

Or go here for their store through AliExpress... It looks like a really good way to get parts, but the shipping is coming up ridiculously high for me in Egypt.. Maybe it'll be normal to other countries

That's just a random number they put on there when things are new and not priced yet... the parts and sprues are $3 and $4 and stuff, but the problem is with the shipping.. it makes it pointless

Strangely enough, I've bought a lot of airbrush accessories through Aliexpress, and they were all free shipping from China.. I don't know why these are so high?!

Hisham,

Thanks for this info; hopefully other companies will follow suit as this is a long overdue need. Haven't we all lost a part to the carpet monster?

If shipping cost remains an issue for you once Trumpy releases postage rates, then I'll test the waters and send you what parts are needed by you, as a test. My treat!

I think the shipping depends on the seller and the destination country.. Like I said, I've bought several really cheap airbrushes and accessories from different sellers on Aliesxpress, and most of the time, the shipping was free.. and I got my compressor from there and got it in 2 weeks time.. I've even bought some cell phone accessories, also with free shipping.. so, maybe this will change with time or something.. In any case, I still think it's a very useful "store".. they have car bodies and truck cabs and anything you can think of.

John.. thanks for the offer to hep out.. If I ever need some parts, I'll take you up on that offer and we'll work something out

Excellent!

I checked a couple of things . . . Looks like older kit parts aren't available . . . Shipping is reasonable: A large Hobby Boss T-35 sprue (a pair of side skirts) is $5 with $5.77 shipping to the USA. T-35 lower hull is $5.00 plus $4.96 shipping.

I had lost a shield to the Mini-Art 120mm Spartan figure. My fault no carpet monster involved. I emailed MiniArt in the Ukraine and they sent me a new one. No problems! very good service. Hats off to MiniArt!!! No charges

I can confirm that this link goes nowhere.

Regarding AliExpress, how do you use the code number on their listing? How does it reference a kit number and a parts tree number? I am discouraged from looking as I would need to go through the entire site looking for a similar parts tree layout.

How surprising....The original post is almost 2 year old, and years count double on the Web

PS : I still miss Hisham's posts....

Yes, it is an 2 years old thread/link, but if one goes to Trumpeter/HobbyBoss sites and tries to access the Spare Parts Service, one will be transferred to the same Microsoft site.

There was a message 3 months ago, that Trumpy's Spare Parts Service will be shut down during Chinese New Year and will resume afterwards.Well, that didn't happen.

In April Spare Parts Service gave "No connection to database", now it leads to the abovementioned site.

I know all this, because I'm in need of a spare sprue(83845D/83846D/01001D) and kept constantly checking the sites.

3 weeks ago I sent out an email to contact given on Trumpy's site.
I'm still waiting for any sign of life...
