I was curious so I pulled up the BR-57 kits (since you really need another tender to do a proper train) and the only parts available right now are the body panels. You can't get the frame, wheels or running gear. I may have to check back later and see if they expand the options.

I tried it, no success for part C-30 for model 02348 when I said so, they answered with a link to Aliexpress.com and guess what, didn't find them there either.
