for the rear hull stowage frames on Merkava 3D I used electrical tape for containers . had to cut 2 strips, one fit perfectly front to back while side to side had to be trimmed by about .25 the tape's width. it was a bit sticky getting the sides in, but it worked out. there'll be a bit of a gap in the corner, but a little CA along the edge should do ok. looks good, actually. got some PE somewhere suitable for straps. the front/back strip'll need to be long enuff for a cover.

tis a sad day when one's word can't be taken

try to excuse the cheapassed imager. you can see the flap/cover and the rest inside the frame.

while it's a bit blurred, the anti-skip can be seen. used tamiya's soil effect dark earth. some pix I'd seen it seems to have been applied kinda haphazard, so that's what i went with. turned out rather well, me thinx
