Are the ferdinand and Elefant track the same or did they use two different types

The Tiger (P), Ferdinand, and Elefant all use the same track.

There were early and later versions of the track though. The first had shallow depressions in the grouser bars (like early Panther track) while the later one had ice cleats on each grouser bar (also like later Panther track). Photos are your best bet when selecting the type carried by your particular subject.

Thanks,but 1 other question.Middle type for the ferdinand?what year on that would type be on?If I understand basically Elegant had its own type but the Ferdinand had 2 types you can use?
