I wonder if there's a company who produces a 1/35 RHIB. i mean the modern variant.
I have been looking on the net but couldt find any, maybe you guys and dolls know something

No kits in 1/35 of the RHIB specifically. The closest to the RHIB is the 1/35 resin kit of the French ETRACO (Engin Tres Rapide d'Action Commando) from Propaganda Company. It looks like it could be converted into an RHIB pretty easily. It is pricey though.
Here is an excellent scratch-build of the similar USN SOC-R boat. Mario had entertained the idea of offering it as a kit, but we never heard anything else about it. It would be a great kit. Wonder if he ever finished it??
