Ola guys,
Read this tip somewhere on the net.
If your vehicle has rear view mirrors, you can use the inside of the bag from potato-chips.
These are very reflective. Just eat the chips, cut them out of the bag (or use a perforator) and glue them on the model.

good tip,
i normally use kitchen foil, never thought of crisp packets.
they would probably work better, being more reflective as you say
cheers

Here's another tip. I use the metal strips you can find in the anti-theft tags. They are made of a highly polished finish and can be cut with an exacto knife

You could also use the material for headlights. Just hollow out, glue the piece in, and put a drop of future to make a lens Tedious, but it'll definitely impress judges at a contest and would probably make the difference btwn a winner and all the others everything else being equal.

Another way is to use chrome "self adhesive" tape from auto accssories shops. The stuff people spoil their cars with in the name of customisation.
