I would just like to take this opportunity to recognize and thank three gentlemen on this board.
Earlier this week I happened to mention on a thread that I didn't have a banner. I immediately got a pm from Ken (Kencelot) offering to make me one. I asked him if he could help me in another matter, which is secret for now, and he not only did but also created a great banner. The results should be seen below. I really want to thank him for this.
On another thread I mentioned wanting to make a certain model. Gary (garrybeebe) offered me the model at half retail price. I didn't want to take advantage of a friend so we are working out a trade but the offer was enough.
Lastly Gordon (Treadhead) offered me not once, but twice another model FREE. I really do want to practice what I preach and decided to give some business to my LHS but again the offer was great.
It's guys like these that really make Armorama the very BEST modeling site on the web.
Thanks guys.

Hi Rodger
A great post and hats off to Ken, Gary and Gordon! Outstanding guys!
If I may (I will anyway ) let me add my own two names to the list of outstanding Armorama members...
Stugiiif - Steve has just swapped some stuff with me... his generosity has inspired me... I've never swapped stuff on-line before, and have been suspicious of the concept... but Steve has been SO OTT in what he's offered (I don't care what you say about exchange rates Steve! :-) ) , it's really underlined what's so great about Armorama.
Wingman - Michael has caused quite a stir with his awesome aircraft dioramas and spotted that I'm a fellow "muso" when sending me a PM! Not content with just recommending stuff to listen to... he's sent me CDs! Outstanding!... music and models on one site... thanks Michael
This place REALLY is the best

I'd like to add Steve Keegan, aka WeWillHold, to the roster of swell guys here.
I just got a random package in the mail from him :-) At first I though it was a bomb... but no ticking - so I opened it :-)
Lo and behold - WW II vintage (6-23-1944 to be exact) German stamps all nice and framed...! Holy cow - really cool!
Hats of to Steve :-)
Later-
Jeff
