The new model from IBG, to be released in October, is a Japanese Type 89 Kou. It represents the gasoline late production type.

I wish it was 1/35 but it could be good. Not much info about it though.

Oooooow ahhhhhhhh. Me like although not in 1/72.

Their website has another early variant listed in 1/72 as well. They seem to start a lot of things in 1/72 and then move up to 1/35. There could be hope.

FineMolds already makes a 1/35 Type 89. You just have to buy it under the "Girls Und Panzer" label.
