Does anyone know if concrete tank obstacles used during WWII were reinforced with iron rods? The ones I am talking about look like Egyptian pyramids with tops chopped of (flat tops). Here is a picture http://www.modelhut.com/temp/obstacles.jpg.
Thanks
Marty

Not sure for certain, I might sermise that they were because I have seen photos of German bunkers and they were.

Hi Marty!
The obstacles you' re referring to are called Dragon' s Teeth.
Take a look at this link: http://www.xs4all.nl/~gurth/afv/bunkers/dragonsteeth.html
It says that theyre reinforced. (first line)

Thank you for your responses. Now I know how to proceed with my diorama.
Dolf, this website is a really good reference on WWII bunkers and fortifications.
