Hello everyone, this is my first real attempt at recreating a late war German camouflage.
This is Tamiya's old Panther Ausf G Early Version, but this is the motorized version with Zimmerit.
This still a awesome kit, even being as old as it is.
And the Zimmerit stickers look pretty good, just not as good as some of the Dragon Zimmerit kits though.
I used silly putty to mask it off after seeing that trick online.
I'm open to suggestions and constructive criticism, just please be kind about it.
And yes, before anyone says it I am going to add more weathering lol.

Looks like you have the method down and a fairly accurate representation of camo for the panther.

Mike-- that looks great! Now, some chipping, weathering and wash and she will be ready for combat.
Well done

Thanks
Yes I plan on adding much more weathering,I just want some opinions on the actual camouflage before I do so.

Of the hundreds of individual examples of cam painted Panthers this is as good as any, and fairly representative.

Looks good to me, nice job!
Which brand(s) of paint did you use, and you used an airbrush?

I used all MIG AMMO paints and an air brush,I masked it off with silly putty.
I don't remember the exact colors and numbers off the top of my head(I'm not home right now).
It was a German colors paint set from MIG.It came with a very unique color called SS Polizei grun,I obviously couldn't use it on a Panther though lol, still really a great paint set.
And thanks
