It doesn't show any cab interior details. I hope it comes w/an interior. Also, this is the German version, which is different from a US M270A1. Hopefully the US version will be out soon too.

Trumpeter kit is called Mittleres Artillerie Raketen System or MARS. It`s the German arny version with Diehl tracks, different exhaust, anti-slip pads German SEM 70/80 radios and a hand rail for the commander.

The first two pics are a US Army M270A1 MLRS.
The third one down is the experimental M4 C2V (Command and Control Vehicle). Only a few of these were built. 3 were trialed on the invasion of Iraq by 3ID as part of the Division HQ. Ultimately, the design was not bought by the US Army and they were mostly changed back into M270s. There is one on display outside the 3 ID HQ at Ft Stewart, GA though.

Sorry, no clue on release dates. I'm just following these announcements on the various forums as you are.

If you mean the British Army version, it is the basic US M270A1 with British smoke grenade launchers added to the front and British antennas, radios, etc added.

Some also have a stowage basket added to the front.

I bet that's a pain when you have to raise the cab.
