Hi folks,
as me and my grandmother cleaned out the basement, we found some pictures of my father during his time in the BAOR.
I decided to upload them here, and added the original german quotations from the backside and tried to translate them into english. Please not that I am not familiar with british army terminology. So correct me i´f I am wrong

Great find! Thank you for sharing. I remember when my grandmother located the letters my grandfather wrote, from WWII(both deceased). He was involved from Guadalcanal to the Nuremberg trials.

Thanks for the replies.
As far as I know has my father been on the Falklands, but after the war. The last thing I knew was, that he worked as a civilian for the rhine army.
