I like a lot all the Static Model Manual series,very well made and is not like some other books a Catalog of this or that brand

Is one single magazine written in both English and Italian, or do you have to select the language somewhere? I'm a little confused as I select the 'Europe' button but I can't see a confirmation that it will be in English when ordering? Italian wouldn't make sense to me

Also 'available in December 2016'; so this is like pre-ordering or am I missing something here?
