I'm looking for affordable, workable tracks for a late III, in 35th.

Unfortunately, Affordable and Workable are usually mutually exclusive. Probably the least expensive option is Master Club Resin tracks. They have a set for the Late Stug III with chevron. I'm working on a set right now and they're tedious. You may find your time is worth more and spend a few dollars more on Friul.

Buy the Kaizen set, it is plastic and workable with metal pins.

What's your definition of 'affordable'? Surely that's a subjective term and therefore it might be hard for individuals to assess whether their definition is consistent with your own. Maybe suggesting an actual price limit would be easier for people to use as a benchmark?

Tristar had a set. All plastic and they just clicked together.
