You may want to try weathering the two figures to kinda match the surroundings which are pretty dirty. Just give them a little dirt or mud on thier boots and maybe tone down the gray just a tad on the pants.
BTW what are the two figs supposed to be doing anyway?

Nice job! Some thoughts
1. When building exploded or fall down there is a lot of debris - consider adding large and more debris. Frankly it should cover a lot of your base – (Just think about one wall in your room collapsing inward... BIG MESS). Your debris looks too fine and small – more like you placed it there then it collapsed there.
2. In addition to debris –battles leave junk - Personal equipment, spent cartridges, civilian junk strewn about.
3. Dry brushing your wall, cobblestones and all that new debris will bring out more depth and highlights and give it more of a real look
4. Your base appears too larger for the vignette you have displayed. Are you adding a vehicle in the open cobblestone area?
Just some ideas.
Good luck,
John
