I wonder how much influence World of Tanks has on what manufacturers make. After all, it does bring unknown vehicles into the realm of common knowledge; this might make them more encouraged to take a risk developing an obscure subject.

So name a company that does slide mould most/all barrels? AFAIK most companies still do split barrels.

Almost as fugly as this one:
Another resin conversion kit made obsolete by a new styrene kit. No, I still intend to build that resin set ....

BOTH are really cool looking... too bad the German vehicle was only on paper and the Russians actually built a prototype of theirs.
I'd build them BOTH IF I only had the time.

Slide mold will still leave a moulding line along with the barrel and it will also cause the problem that made barrel not straight enough....besides....will you pay for the cost using slide mould on barrel?
personally I think some companies used too much words of slide moulding and made ppl thinks that slide mould can do whatever they want. nope...get your sand paper and doing some basice sanding works. dont be that lazy
