After some 1/35 scale Russian tankers in gas masks or chem/radiation hazard suits.

Weird Armies Reign do some I don't know if they have a site I have only ever seen them on facebook. Also there is the figure that comes with the takom object 279? Sometimes available separately on ebay

Live-Resin has a whole line of Soviet/Russian heads wearing gas masks. I don't know the time period of each, but a few should fit what you are looing for.
