It looks to me to be an early 2S6M Tunguska. Maybe a proof of concept vehicle?

Hi;

This Vehicle was just One of the very early concept trials that would become the BMPT that we see today, various turrets & weapon's were tested on different Chassises. This vehicle was Based on the T-72 and Sported twin 30mm and rockets, one of the weapon's that was tested was the Gun/Combo; that we see on the BMP-3 ! At one Time this vehicle was seen next to Three other of the Concept Expirement's ! This Vehicle has been shown in only three other pictures that I have seen, clearly showing the T-72 that it is based on. I Scratched Built this vehicle using the Tamiya T-72 & ERA from Miniarm, and the hardest part was getting the rear part of the Turret with the Dual Feed Chutes to look correct in the pictures of the Turret.

CHEERS; MIKE.
