I have an idea for a diorama that has a few blown up buildings in a rural area with a barn like building concealing a late Tiger 1 and on the out side with be whats left of repeated assaults of either US or Russian troops and vehicles. My question is was the Tiger 1 used more on the Eastern or Western Front? at this time in the war.

Surely you mean Winter 1944? The war was over by Winter 45. BY Winter 1944 there weren't a huge amount of Tiger I's left as production was geared up to the King Tiger. Production ceased in August 1944. I'd say the majority of Tigers that were left operated on the Eastern front although some did participate in the Ardennes offensive so you could fit it in there. Researching it should be easy enough as Tigers were grouped in heavy tank battalions that were attached to divisions as free floating units by then.

You are always safe portraying the 9th company of the 3SS Pz Regt as this was the only unit that kept its' heavy company till the end of the war and they used TigerIs almost till the very end. The 3SS fought only on the East Front.
