Not wanting to leave the desk cleared for too long I have decided to crack on with one of the Meng Technical vehicles.

Chassis is straight forward with limited detail, but as I'm not showing this on its roof I'm not to concerned.

Well cracked on with this -

Having primed the base I added some rust colours for the hairspray method.

Having viewed many picture of the technical in Iraq and Syria I added some field applied camo.

This was then chipped and weathered to show a bit of battering

It sure has turned out great so far. Before you had added the gun it had reminded of the truck I used to drive when I was much younger, out in the fields feeding cattle. That truck was so beaten up,but driveable.

Finally coming to the end of this build now so added some more details to the rear bed.

First off was a crate

I add some handles and a small amount of writing

Next was the crate with coke cans etc.

Next on with the dio......

Looks great overall. Not sure where that Coke box came from, but it looks huge to me. How many Cokes are in there? I would remove it.

It just looks huge to me.

Most soda cases are a 12 pack.

There used to be larger 24 packs, but I haven't seen them in quite a few years and they are still not that big..

Sorry Gino

I understand what you mean about the size of the coke box - I will look at changing it.
