Interesting point about the ERMs. HETs carry KM ERMs as they are leased, and only carry them when actually on hire to 19 Sqn. Civvy plates are used when operated by FastTrax. C Vehicles are also all leased and carry KM ERMs at all times. Both are wrong as military ERMs cannot be assigned to any vehicle not owned by the Crown. Or so the policy says.
HETs carry miltary ERMs only to allow underage drivers to drive an STGO vehicle. C Vehicles carry military ERMs so that ALC can claim they don't need an operator's licence - but of course they can't drive them on public roads on military plates.
So there is an implication from the ERMs that the Exactor vehicles were also not owned by MOD, so keeping them may not be an option.
