Hi, can I build the trumpeter 1582 BTR-50PK as an Egyptian one?

Jamal
could you please post a picture of the vehicle you want to depict? Trumpeter BTR-50 features Israeli antenna bases so you will have to change them for Soviet/Russian ones. But that could also mean that it is based on a vehicle of the Latrun museum, so most probably a former Egyptian or Syrian one.
Furthermore, even if this is not directly related to your question, you will have to change the PE headlight guards which are wrong sized and shaped. Also take note that the tracks provided in the kit are quite tight.

I wouldn't bother trying to build the kit at all. It's a disasterpiece.

Other than being an early production model what else is wrong with it?

Friul makes a set of metal tracks for BTR50 (ATL-97).

Trumpeter too but does not provide enough links to complete two tracks. I know from experience
