Ok here's an update step 1 was straight forward.But step #2 i have included tips on how to assemble it.I used my bondic ultra violet glue pen as i can buy myself more time and put glue on the right spot.As the picture shows there is not enough solid surface to have a firm adhesion without gluing the inner tube which instructions dictate not to be glued.

The inner tube is only there to provide the toy function of "wheels that can rotate" which is mostly just a stupid feature on a model. Haven't been able to understand why manufacturers still insist on including this feature ....
Often it only causes sloppy fit of the parts.
