I just love these "Now and Then" kind of books popularized by such companies as After The Battle and Casemate, highlighted here. It is particularly fascinating to be and actually walk along a street where history happened all around you. I actually toured Berlin with a copy of "Berlin: Then and Now" as my guide a couple of years ago. This book offers similar insights into famous conflicts and should prove equally interesting to those of us who like their modelling tempered with history.
