Apparently it is a fake that was created by a vehicle collector. It is not a real version offered by Oshkosh. It says it is a HEMTT cab bolted onto an M916 tractor frame and bigger tires added. If you look at the rear suspension in the video below, you will see it is an M916 suspension, not a HEMTT suspension.
