While I like what Tetra has offered here, I do question the logic of launching these sets into the fray without offering the parts to correct some very obvious errors within the products.

I'm not familiar with the kit so I can't address CMOT's reasonable point, but I will say that I enjoy these announcements more when the lead off with a short history of the actual vehicle so that I can benefit by learning more about it. On the face of it the additions might prove a worthwhile improvement, but perhaps Trumeper could address the kit's original shortcomings.

There are a number of issues with the base kit Frank. The worse two are the position of the driver periscope and the travel lock. In addition to these items there is a very nice resin and metal barrel from RB Model that is an excellent addition for anyone looking to correct and improve this model.
