which Tiger 1 should I get in 1/35. Academy or Tamiya. which have single linked trackes, and are there any major fit problems.

I think the Early Tamiya Tigers are the best. They come with vinyl tracks. Academy offers single link tracks as a optional purchase, I think one of the Tamiya Tigers come with single link tracks as well.

I have built both Tamiya and Academy Tigers.. Both are good kits, and I would say the Tamiya kit is a little better. But after using plastic indy link tracks, I would go for the Fruilmodel metal set. They are kinda pricey, but in my opinion it makes the finished product look Great!!...

Tamiya's Tiger l late version with the steel wheels come with plastic individual link tracks. Acedamy does make a separate set of tracks as well, but they are for early model Tiger l's. Tamiya, as usual, is a very fine kit.
