This is not a question but an offer to forward materials to modelling companies. Now that we have the M1120 HEMTT LHS from Italeri and later from Trumpeter, the first thing that comes to my mind is: What to put on the flatrack? I feel a 20 ft. container is a little boring. I paln on visiting various companies on the Toy Fair and offer them ideas for load on the LHS. I think about tank ammo, arty ammo, mortar round boxes, MRE loads und various other boxes. Please state what do think thats useful for building a loaded M1120 HEMTT LHS.

Roco did it right in HO scale with ammunition palettes. Wouldn't be hard to do a palette of tank ammo with what's already available. You would just need a lot of the boxes.

As Steven says, an ammo flatrack is pretty easy to make. You just need to get a bunch of ammo for it and load it up. With the different ammo sets out there, it can be done.
I would be more interested in the not so common loads. How about an ISO water tank?
A LHS Compatible Water Tank Rack "HIPPO" water tank system?
Or a conversion to make it an M1977 CBT (Common Bridge Transporter) with either a bridge section or engineer boat.
New Rapidly Emplaced Bridge System (REBS).

REBS would sure be cool. With the TM`s from the net, it could be build easily. I also think that a Hippo water tank rack is doable. When I am right, and Trumpeter is releasing it`s LHS with a CHU, maybe some individually sold M1 and M3/M3A1 flatracks will be helpful. I will contact Italeri before if they are interested in doing flatracks, Hippo and the M1076 PLST.
Hmmm.... I just scratchbuild the M7 FRS-H. Any interest in this?

Yes, especially if you/they did/do an interior and it can opened up, crane extended, etc.
Individual flatracks would be great too.

I think a version of the HEMTT with the bridging boat would be a hot seller!
Building the Hippo is still on my list but the Mk23 16.5 ton LHS and the Bereg has me sidetracked.

Or two M151. When the NJ National Guard gave up theirs, they weren't allowed to drive them so they were loaded into the back of the brand new HEMMTS. Big contrast between bright new trucks in NATO camouflage and these tired old jeeps in MERDC.
