They look like stick on camo over the CARC sand.

Almost certainly my eyes deceive me, but it seems that it is not paint but fabric or other material stuck on the sand color. Greetings.

I'm still waiting for Gino to chime in. He may have some ideas.

The left one has some black patches too. Right under the driver's hatch, it looks like the top of whatever it is came loose a little.

Reminds me of those kids art projects where they are supposed to make pictures out of random pieces of cut felt.

Its either something designed to give the impression of enemy vehicles for force on force OPFOR training, or it is supposed to act as some sort of thermal signature breakup that presents a different image in a gunners sight that should say "I am not a Bradley Fighting Vehicle"

Mount one of these
on the engine hatch. Nothing says "I am not a Bradley Fighting Vehicle" more than a moose in your TIS.

Okay, troops, due to budget cuts we don't have paint or camo netting. But we do have carpet remnants from the renovation of the officer's club.
As for breaking up the outline in thermal, yes. At long range a broken outline might as well be a moose. At close range, it's a Bradley with holes.

An old vinyl shower curtain some white glue and we are set. Cheap woodland cammo out of a desert paint job. I would guess its an attempt to help an all tan Bradley fit in a verdant AO with out repainting.
