Alright so I just picked up a new Tiger II and I just finished painting it and I want to add a ricocheted shot along the left side of the turret knocking off the top tracks and leaving a mark. How should I go at this? Should I make an indent where the tracks should be fun paint it the original hull color? Please help me!!

I'd think any ricochet hard enough to knock the extra track off would also damage the paint to the point that it would reveal bare steel, and would likely damage the track hangers too. If you're just after some missing track with the base color showing underneath, why not just do it that way and say so in your "backstory"?
