Good afternoon,
Does anyone know what the weapon is that the Mark VI in the Latrun Armor Museum in Israel is mounted with? http://www.davidpride.com/Israeli_Armor/IL_Armor224.htm And has anyone any information on the Mark III shown here with a Hotchkiss caption? http://idf-israel1948.blogspot.com/2009/07/hotckiss.html

As it's not actually in line with the mantlet collar and a number of Latrun's exhibits ship non-original main armaments, I'd be wary of assuming that it ever fought like that unless you find a contemporary piece of evidence. Some of them are not even actual weapons, although that one on the Light Mk VI does look a bit like a 2cm cannon of some sort.

Thank you, kind Sir! The Mk. VI is referenced in the new Osprey book on British Battle Tanks. I also noticed that it seemed a bit out of line. The Mk. III is definitely a mis-caption.
This query was meant to go into the IDF bucket. Guess I messed up.
